    The Get Well Gabby Foundation welcomes your family to this magical holiday event. Join us for a hot buffet breakfast being served at Phoenixville Country Club in Phoenixville, PA.  Join us for a buffet breakfast that includes a season fruit display with yogurt dipping sauce, selection of breakfast pastries, farm fresh scrambled eggs, home fried potatoes with caramelized onions, pancakes served with warm maple syrup, bacon and sausage links.The event includes: raffle baskets, vendor shopping, just for the kids secret Santa workshop, kids craft, and of course the big man himself…SANTA!  The proceeds from this event are going to fund the mission of The Get Well Gabby Foundation to help children with cancer to “get well”

    Arasapha Farms Holiday Hayride

    This heartwarming attraction includes a delightful ride on one of our sound equipped hay wagons, through the rolling hills of Arasapha Farm, which has been transformed into a winter wonderland filled with huge light displays, decorated trees and buildings, bridges and brooks. Come face to face with real a live Reindeer and see a beautifully animated Santa’s workshop. The hayride last about 20 minutes and is choreographed with all the favorite songs of the season. After the hay ride, relax by our bonfires or warm up with a cup of cocoa. This all new holiday hayride is perfect for all ages. Have your picture taken with Santa, and get an up close look at our famous live nativity scene that features real animals the latest addition to our farm; two baby camels! Choose from hundreds of beautiful, fresh cut Christmas Trees that include Douglas Fir, Concolor, and the ever favorite Fraser Fir.     Santa is joined by Mrs. Claus and together they arrive via helicopter to hear children’s Wish Lists. Helicopter rides ($60.00 per person) will be available.  So, be good… Santa’s watching!


    Brandywine River Museum – The Polar Express Read-Aloud Pajama Night

     A Brandywine tradition for four decades, the Children’s Christmas Party is one of the season’s highlights. Visit with Santa and Mrs. Claus and enjoy entertainment, costumed characters, face painting, model trains, trees adorned with hundreds of “Critter” ornaments and Cookie Land!


    Longwood Gardens – Christmas Display

    Our exquisite Conservatory is reminiscent of the splendor of France’s Versailles with fanciful topiaries, imaginative wreaths, ornate mirrors, and more than 50 trees trimmed in classic holiday hues and sparkling crystal ornaments. Thousands of floating cranberries, apples, and gilded walnuts create an intricate mosaic in the grand tradition of a French parterre garden. Outside, colorful fountains dance to holiday music, strolling carolers herald the season with song, and a wonderland of a half-million twinkling lights await.

    The Garden Center gets transformed into a Winter Wonderland, featuring Santa and his Elves, handmade wreaths, greens and holly, and a sea of poinsettias. Shop an enormous selection of timeless holiday decorations, children’s toys and collectibles.
    Santa will be stopping by every Saturday and Sunday from 1pm to 3pm.

    Peddler’s Village Christmas Festival
    December 2-3
    Celebrate the holidays at the annual Peddler’s Village Christmas Festival on Saturday, December 2, and Sunday, December 3, 10 a.m. to 6 p.m. both days. Shops are open until 9 pm on Saturday and 7 pm on Sunday. Free admission and most of parking is free.Catch the Santa Parade through the Village on both Saturday and Sunday at 1:30 p.m.te throughout the entire Village! Visit the Annual Gingerbread House Competition and Display in the Village Gazebo and Strolling musicians entertain visitors with holiday favorites throughout the weekend.By evening, one million twinkling lights will transform the Village into a winter wonderland.The Village is beautifully decorated, Victorian-style, with fruit wreaths and greenery, and there’s lots of live entertainment.     Sesame Place – A Very Furry Christmas

    A  festive, family-friendly celebration with everyone’s favorite Sesame Street® friends.  Sing along at three special Christmas shows and a spectacular music and light show at our giant 1-2-3 Christmas Tree. Take a train ride tour through the Twiddlebugs’ Gingerbread Cookie Factory on the Sesame Place Furry Expressand don’t miss the fantastic Neighborhood Street Party Christmas Parade with music and dance moves that will have everyone dancing along and joining in the fun.  Don’t miss the chance to meet Lightning, the adorable reindeer from the movie Elmo Saves Christmas.   New in 2017 – Rudolph the Red-Nosed Reindeer is spending the holiday season with us. The lovable reindeer along with his friends Clarice and Bumble, will be available for photos with guests. The fun doesn’t stop there.     Shady Brook Farm – Holiday Light Show

    Experience the magic of more than 3 million lights illuminating acres of farmland at Shady Brook Farm’s Holiday Light Show! Encounter whimsical displays and familiar characters as you drive through in the comfort of your own car or enjoy the show on an open air wagon ride (weather permitting). The Holiday Light Show is open nightly from 5 to 10pm. Wagon rides are closed Thanksgiving, Christmas Eve, Christmas Day, New Year’s Eve & New Year’s Day.


    Shady Brook Farm – Santa Arrives by Helicopter

    It’s a bird, it’s a plane…it’s Santa Claus! Don’t miss the big man’s dramatic arrival by helicopter. Search the skies until you spot his chopper then watch him land.     Santa’s dashin’ in a bit early to check in on who’s been naughty and who’s been nice. Then he’ll scoot to the North Pole to board a helicopter for his official arrival on Nov. 24.     Pottsgrove Manor – Twelfth Night Tours

Explore the historic Glan Mills Station where there’s plenty of photo opportunities on Santa’s lap, so remember your cameras. Live music by Greg Wright & Friends.     Parades/Tree Lighting

    Holiday Parade Ambler
    December 2 at 1:00 PM
    Ambler Main Street’s Annual Holiday Parade is Saturday, Dec 2nd! The parade is always a wonderful community event that you don’t want to miss.  Arrive early to get your prime spot on Butler Ave and enjoy the bands, floats, Mummers, and more. And, don’t forget who else will be there… SANTA!


    Coatesville Parade
    December 2 at 10:00 AM, line-up begins at 9:00 AM
    Coatesville’s main street will be lined with thousands of spectators watching bands, floats, school groups, cub scouts, brownie troops, antique and customized autos, fire trucks, clowns and many others welcoming Santa and officially starting the holiday season.  The parade takes place on Lincoln Highway, business Route 30, starting at Strode Avenue and ending at 11th Avenue. Automobiles, police and emergency vehicles will be judged in their respective pre-parade line-up areas beginning at 9:20 .am. Judging for all other competitions will take place between 10th and 11th Avenues during the parade.


    Malvern Victorian Christmas

    Free musical performers, free hayrides, free pony rides, and dozens of unique shops.  Check the website for locations of activities and times.


    Christmas in Wayne
    Tree Lighting December 1, 5:00-8:00 PM
    With festive caroling by the Valley Forge Military Academy Chorale, a joyful cheer by the Radnor High School Cheerleaders and horse-drawn carriage rides along South Wayne & Runnymede Avenues and face painting & ornament decorating at the Radnor Fire House. Your kids will love getting pix with the Reindeer on North Wayne Avenue as you make your way towards the tree. The magical evening culminates with an exhilarating countdown of the lighting of the Christmas Tree at the Wayne Train Station and Santa’s Arrival on a Radnor firetruck. The countdown to the tree lighting will be led by 6ABC Action News Reporter Vernon Odom. Many merchants in Wayne will have extended shopping hours until 8 pm on Friday evening and the restaurants will be abuzz with locals and visitors enjoying the festivities.


    Santa Parade December 2
    Featuring the Radnor High School Marching Band & Cheerleaders and the Valley Forge Military Academy Field Music Group, Jolly Old Santa will make his way down Lancaster Avenue on a fire truck to the Wayne Hotel. Wide-eyed children and their families will gather on the Hotel’s veranda to visit with Santa, while enjoying fresh baked cookies and hot chocolate compliments of Paramour and the WBA. Visit with Santa on Saturday until 11:30 a.m. on the Veranda of the Wayne Hotel.!/about


    West Chester Christmas Parade
    Friday, December 1st at 7:15 PM
    USA Today called West Chester’s Christmas celebration “one of the top ten places to experience the arrival of Santa Claus during the holiday season.” The parade comes alive with hundreds of dancers, performers, and musicians making the event a true extravaganza. Dozens of other activities surround the parade, so come downtown early and enjoy all the Christmas spirit. The Greater West Chester Chamber of Commerce’s 37th Annual Christmas Parade is presented by QVC and will be televised on Christmas Day.
