Many neighborhoods have had a lot of listings to choose from over the past couple of months.  Now that we are in the Spring Market, this is changing.  I have noticed recently that in the Village of Shannon, there were 5 listings on the new side of the development. Now 2 are under contract and three remain.  The best homes are still selling and we are seeing that everywhere.  Now is the time to go out and get the best before someone else does.  On both Village of Shannon properties there were multiple offers.  This is indicative of properly maintained and priced homes.  In any market they sell.
